Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order. No delivery charges are added at checkout.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country is selectable at checkout, we deliver there.

Processing time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery  time
Delivery normally takes 6 to 11 days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination country, shipping method, customs, or carrier delays. Further delivery details can be found in your confirmation email.

Tracking
All orders are sent with track and trace. You will receive your tracking number by email approximately 3 to 4 days after placing your order.

Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure what these costs may be before ordering.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@t-east.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns
See our Refund policy for how to return an item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
